Engineer Rodrigo Ruffo has more than 25 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, has been linked to Voith since the mid-90s, always working in stock preparation technology, and has been a leader in new applications within the group, with an emphasis on development of high efficiency products, with low energy consumption. His experience includes training in Voith centers of excellence worldwide, working on all types of projects, minimizing fiber loss, energy optimization, solid waste handling, Refining, and better use of water in papermaking processes up to macro projects developed by Voith in integrated mills worldwide, handling Virgin Fiber, OCC, and Deinked Pulp for the manufacture of all types of paper (Tissue, Specialty Papers, Packaging, and Printing), and compact systems for machine loops.

Luis Guilherme Bandle is a mechanical production engineer holds a post-graduation degree in business administration and a specialization degree in business school. With a 19-year experience in the paper industry, Bandle joined Voith in the late 1990s and has since worked in various Group units in Europe and Australia. His experience includes numerous training programs throughout the company's centers of excellence around the world, and covers a broad range of paper machines and applications. Bandle has also been a project manager for numerous customers in North America, where he implemented innovative technologies. He is currently responsible for Applications and Sales of paper machines for Voith South America, and focuses the implementation of the best technical and most cost-effective solutions for customers and their projects.
Marcos Scheil Gonçalves is a mechanical engineer, post-graduated in Business Administration with a specialization in business school. Marcos started his engineering career at Voith in Brazil 28 years ago, going through design and sales departments, the last 18 years being dedicated to the tissue market. He has been active in the North American (4 years), Asian (5 years) and European (7 years) tissue markets, returning to São Paulo in June 2015 as Tissue Machine Application and Sales Manager for the Americas market.
Felipe Quintino began his career in the Tissue Paper industry more than 20 years ago. He had work for large companies in the Brazilian market and for almost 10 years founded the Web page Tissue Online. As CEO of Tissue Online Web page is dedicated to helping create an increasingly Tissue Paper market STRONG.
Abilio Franco has a degree in Pedagogy from the University of Philosophy (Fafit), Management Development from PUC-Curitiba and has a specialist qualification in pulp and paper from the Cellulose and Paper Technical Center. His professional career has been built in large Brazilian and international companies in the industry, where he has occupied high executive positions. Through his career path, he has actively participated in the knowledge and experience in coating, board-paper production process, project development, management and sales, allowing him to apply his knowledge, and achieve high professional growth. In the paper industry he has large experiences with operators training, printing paper and product development, leadership and, operational and administrative knowledge of stock preparation, formation, press section, dryer paper and coating machines.
Marcel Lensvelt es el fundador de Feltest Equipment BV. Tiene más de 20 años de experiencia en la industria de las vestiduras para maquinas de papel a nivel internacional. Comenzó su carrera profesional en 1995 como Ingeniero de Ventas para un proveedor de vestiduras. Por varios años fue Ingeniero de Aplicación para fieltros secadores, diseñando fieltros para máquinas de alta velocidad en Holanda y Bélgica. En 2008 Marcel comenzó con su nueva empresa Feltest para desarrollar instrumentos de medición nuevos y novedosos así como herramientas tanto para los fabricantes de papel como proveedores de vestiduras. Marcel tiene 48 años y títulos en Ingeniería Mecánica y Administración de Empresas. Se reúne frecuentemente con sus clientes a nivel mundial pero si hogar está en Holanda.
Fabio Berti graduated in International Relations from the University of Pisa (Italy) at the age of 22, and obtained a specialization in International Trade at the Polytechnic of Turin (Italy). After years of experience around the world, he represented two companies in the Metalworking sector as an exporter. He speaks 7 languages fluently, including Spanish and Russian. Currently, he is the Exports and Projects Manager for the Maflex group, in particular, he is responsible for paper development projects in Western Europe and Central-Latin America. Participates in Latampaper 2019 to present the latest developments in the Tissue Conversion sector in order to improve production efficiency.
Raúl Moreno graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and years later obtained an MBA from Thunderbird School of Management.
Within Firefly AB he has been responsible for the development of the division of Latin America, Spain and Portugal since 2011, for which a local network of customer service has been created, both commercial and technical.
Raúl has also led an internal team of Firefly for the development of new applications and technologies designed specifically for customers in the paper industry.
Geovane Cruz has been working with technical sales since 2003 and joined Firefly AB in 2011.
Niklas Tunell is presently the Area Sales Manager covering North and South America for CELLWOOD MACHINERY headquartered in Sweden. He is stationed in Toronto, Canada.
As a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with later additions in areas such as process control, process design, paper manufacturing, pulp manufacturing as well as recycled fibre technology he has held a number of positions within CELLWOOD MACHINERY.
Starting in 1992 as a mechanical engineer followed by commissioning engineer, and project manager to the present Area Sales Manager position.
Holding the above positions has over the years involved extensive travelling globally and has contributed to a wide experience in all types of pulp and paper manufacturing.
He worked for 16 years in product engineering, in this period 14 years dedicated to Hergen Paper Machinery in the development of roll projects.
Since 2012 in the commercial sector of Hergen Paper Machinery, it provides customer service in the design, replacement and technical assistance of rolls and specialized services in paper and pulp machines produced by Hergen or other manufacturers .
He graduated from the University of Guadalajara of the Faculty of Chemical Sciences and the Institute of Wood, Pulp and Paper in 1990. He has developed, for several years, in technical sales working for companies such as Allied Colloids, Inc, Kadant AES Mexico, SA of C.V.
Alberto has also had direct experience in the manufacture of paper when he served as Production/Manufacturing Superintendent-Manager of Tissue paper in the company Kimberly Clark de México, S.A for 5 years.
Since 2013 he works at Petrofer Latinoamericana S.A. of C.V. , forming an essential part of the service team and technical sales in the Paper Industry for Latin America.
As educational background, Sérgio Vargas has bachelor of mechanical engineer by Mackenzie University, post graduated in Business Administration by Fundação Getulio Vargas and post graduated in Pulp and Paper Technology by Federal de Viçosa University.
As professional experience, Sérgio Vargas has been working in the paper and tissue industry since 2002 in different positions, firstly as services sales engineer, Tissue application engineer and currently as Sales Manager at Valmet for Tissue Machinery, rebuilds, including extended scope of supply (turn-key) to customers in South America.
Walter Rudolf Hanisch Mechanical Engineer of 47 years of age, also has a Postgraduate degree in Economics.
He has extensive experience in the Machines for the Manufacture of Tissue having worked in Voith for 7 years and Beloit for 4 years.
He founded GEASA in 2001 together with Marcos Veroneze and Orlando Fort. During these 17 years of work in Geasa he has been in charge of the Coordination of Projects of machines and equipment for the Stock Preparation. Expertise in Head-Boxes, Fourdrinier tables, Tissue Machines and Applicators.
Ricardo Domingues holds a degree in mechanical engineering with a post-graduate degree in industrial administration. He has more than 25 years of experience in the area of pulp and paper, engineering, coordination, application, sales and services in major international paper machine manufacturers.
Within Toscotec, its main responsibility is to manage the regional sales of machinery and equipment, providing customers with technological solutions, reliable and high performance, as well as support the company's growth plans in the Brazilian market.
Has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master in Business Economics & Management both earned at the University of Pisa.
After holding different roles he has been working in the last 12 years in the paper industry specializing in tissue drying and focusing on energy saving technologies.

Engineer Rui Stefanini Júnior is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University Methodist from Piracicaba (Brazil) with an MBA in Business Management.
He started his professional activities at Beloit in the Engineering Department in 1981, from where he worked in the areas of Machine Engineering, Application and Sales until January 2001.
From March 2001 to October 2015 he worked in Valmet/Metso with the responsibility for the area of Engineering and Sales and Services for the areas of Paper, Board and Tissue, where he was responsible for the local technical definition of the projects for new machines and rebuilds manufactured in Brazil.
In December 2015 he started in Hergen with the responsibility of Application Engineering And Sales for Hergen Projects and Rebuilds in Brazil and abroad.
Jukka Lehto started in the paper industry in 1986 and has spent his 33-year courier working always in the supplier side. He worked first 28 years of his career in the Paper Machine Clothing supplier side and worked in real many different positions starting from the product development and R&D and then continuing to the global product management and service and sales positions and at the end his career in the Paper Machine Clothing supplier side he was in charge or Valmet Fabrics global PMC operations.
After his long career and deep experience in Paper Machine Clothing business he moved to the Runtech Systems where he has been CEO for the last 5 and a half years. Runtech’s main products for the Paper Industry are Turbo Blowers for the vacuum systems and many different runnability equipment including Save-alls and Doctoring equipment for the forming and press sections, Tail Threading equipment for the press and dryer sections, Web Stabilizers for the dryer sections as well as all different kind of equipment improving the runnability and/or increasing the production and/or decreasing the energy consumption.
During his whole working life he has been traveling to the customer sites and spending 100-150 days together with the customers to fully understand the customer needs and to bring back the development ideas to make the paper makers operations further more efficient.

Started at Pilão S.A., 25 years ago, as Quality Manager and then as Industrial Manager up to Technical and Commercial Manager. Worked at many stock preparation companies with focus on refining and screening, with several training around the world. Currently working at Calpher as International Business Manager, acting in Asia, Europe and Americas, offering technical and commercial support to paper mills on stock preparation systems.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering and specializing in Paper and Cellulose, entered the sector in 1988 as Project Engineer in the extinct company Pilão S / A, where he held the positions of Application Engineer, Engineering Manager and Commercial Manager. He currently works as a Refining Specialist at Calpher Máquinas e Equipamentos.
During his career he participated in innumerable start-ups of new installations, optimization projects in stock preparation systems, solution of operational problems and automation and control projects.
