Individual attendance means the registration per person at a very reasonable cost, which allows to participate in all the conference activities. The individual registration includes the hotel room for the nights of Wednesday and Thursday at the same hotel where the conference is held as well as all meals from Wednesday night dinner to Friday’s lunch which are served to all attendees together. This allows for plenty of networking opportunities.
Suppliers to the industry have the option to make a technical presentation to all attendees about their new products, developments and/or materials. This 30 minute presentation can be at no cost to the supplier if it includes technical aspects which allows for the solution of actual problems in the production lines. To qualify for this, please contact our Technical Program Director Armando Medina at:
The exhibit hall becomes the center of our conference. The hall works as a table top style exhibit which allows to keep the cost low and reasonable for a high return on the investment. At these tables, suppliers can make a large impact and heighten the presence by offering printed information, hand out samples and souvenirs, show a video in a monitor (not included but can be rented at a very low cost at the hotel) and in general meet their customers one on one. The table becomes your customer service center during the conference and is the perfect complement for those companies making technical presentations, offering the opportunity to answer questions that may arise from the speech. To learn more on how this hall works, we suggest you visit the Gallery section in our website www.latampaper.com to watch a short video and pictures of past events.
To have the best results, we suggest you consider all of the above options.
