Marcel Lensvelt Holanda

Marcel Lensvelt is the founder of Feltest Equipment BV. He has over 20 years of experience in the international paper machine clothing industry. He started his career in 1995 as a sales & service engineer for a machine clothing manufacturer. For a number of years he was also a press felt application engineer, designing felts for faster paper machines in Holland and Belgium.

In the year 2008 Marcel started his own company, Feltest, to develop new and innovative measuring instruments and tools for both users and suppliers of paper machine clothing. It is Marcel’s personal mission to provide papermakers all the tools and knowledge they need to get the best of their fabrics and felts.

Marcel is 48 years old and holds degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration. He regularly meets papermakers and PMC suppliers from all over the whole world but he has his home in the Netherlands, Europe.

Marcelo Santos

Marcelo M.S. dos Santos graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Federal de Santa Catarina (Brazil) with a specialization in Business Management. He started his professional activities in Hergen, in the Engineering department in the year 1999, where he was the Coordinator from 2002 to 2005. Since 2006 he works in the Application and Sales Engineering department, where he is one of the people responsible for the technical definitions of the projects of new machines and rebuilds, as well as evaluations of existing installations.

He is also one of the people responsible for the technical presentations of the Hergen equipment for customers in Brazil and abroad. In parallel, he worked as a project coordinator in the Tissue area.

Fernando Wildemann

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) with a specialization in Project Management. He started his professional activities at Hergen in the Engineering department in 2005, acting as Project Coordinator for packaging and specialty papers machines, coordinating projects in Brazil and in some South American countries.

At the same time, he acts as a coordinator in the development of new technologies, where the main equipment developed was the surface application system with the Film Press concept and also in the development of the first shoe press, the SmartShoe, manufactured by Hergen

Gaetano Bulone is the Sales Area Manager for the Latin America market at IMA TMC, located in Castel Guelfo di Bologna, Italy. He joined IMA TMC in 2008 and has held several positions within the company over the years.

Throughout his career at IMA TMC, he has worked as a Project Leader for Latin America in the System Department and as a Customer Care Leader for Latin America.

Gorka Muniozguren joined Pasaban's sales department in October 2022 as Area Manager responsible for the Central and Eastern European markets.

Since then, in parallel to a meticulous training process designed by Pasaban as part of its renewed welcome policy for new hires, he has contributed to the development of the company's business, participating in the sale of the latest CX 165 cutter for the Polish market, which materialized in January 2023.

He is currently part of the team that has managed to position Pasaban as the technologically and commercially favorite supplier for the sale, supply and implementation of a KSD 3800 duplex cutter for the German market, and continues to explore the market in search of opportunities both with potential new customers, as with veteran partners of Pasaban.

Jörg Reiprich is Head of Application Engineering at Schäfer Rolls, an internationally renowned, family-owned producer of polymer-based roll covers which was founded more than 70 years ago in Germany, with today several production sites in Europe and the USA.

After his studies of Physical Engineering at the university RWTH Aachen in 1995, Jörg Reiprich started his career in the paper industry and is today involved in projects around the globe. Rodrigo is recognized as one of the most important experts worldwide in the use of recycling for the manufacture of paper and board, his work is characterized by focusing on meeting the needs of the industry with an emphasis on the use of cutting-edge technology with minimum investment, its priority is to develop long-term relationships, supporting the incorporation of new values to the industry by actively participating in training programs aimed at the papermakers in the region, his work has been recognized within the Voith Group, being assigned as Sales and Applications Manager of Stock Preparation for South America

Claus Robberts

Claus Robberts, was born in 1971 in the southern city of Maastricht in the Netherlands, close to the Belgian, French and German border. Robberts is founder and owner of ProJet b.v., studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Delft, the Netherlands, and later Precision Engineering at the Technical University of Eindhoven, the Netherlands. After a short period of 3 years working as a Technical Engineer for a company supplying to the Paper Industry, Robberts founded ProJet b.v. in 1998. ProJet is now considered to be the worldwide market leader in High pressure water jet solutions for cleaning and cutting to the pulp and paper, fiberboard, non-wovens, composite- and wood-panel, and various other industries. Robert Williams

Robert Williams is a British engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Applied Energy.  He worked for many years focused just on the design of steam and condensate systems for paper and tissue machines and travel to many corners of the world implementing projects. He left the UK company to study for his Masters and after joined a UK company that developed the hydrodynamic steam trap. That opened the doors to a wide variety of process applications outside of the paper industry and eventually led him to relocate to Mexico. In Mexico he continued to grow the hydrodynamic trap market and started his own Progressive Energy Services (PESINT) and continued to implement projects in the paper industry brining in innovative solutions to reduce the energy consumption.

His company PESINT, is a back up company for Valmet, to help out when their steam specialist can not travel (quite a few times during the pandemic). PESINT has implement many significant projects for the likes of Kimberly Clark and Essity and were the first company to supply a high pressure Yankee hood HRSG.  The focus of PESINT is The Complete Plant Solution to look at all aspects of energy use to offer innovative solutions that can make a significant impact on the overall efficiency of the tissue making process.

Luis Boncristiano

Luis Boncristiano is 35 years old, Italian, married, and the father of two daughters. He currently lives in Panama.

In 2023, he will celebrate 18 years in the Tissue and Paper sector, where he has gained various experiences from pulp to finished products. His market for him undoubtedly lies in Latin America, spanning from Mexico to Argentina, but he also has previous experiences in Africa and the Middle East, which have contributed to his personal and professional growth for him.

In December 2022, Luis Boncristiano took on the role of Commercial Manager for LATAM at PCMC. He's focus of his role is to rebuild customer relationships by improving existing product lines, enhancing service, and demonstrating the added value of the new technologies developed by the company.

Luis considers himself a happy person who is deeply passionate about his work and the finished product. He believes in the company's motto: "We don't sell metal; we sell technology."
