The exhibit hall becomes the center of our conference. The hall works as a tabletop style exhibit which allows to keep the cost low and reasonable for a high return on the investment. At these tables, suppliers can make a large impact and heighten the presence by offering printed information, hand out samples and souvenirs, show a video in a monitor (not included but can be rented at the hotel) and in general meet their customers one on one. The table becomes your customer service center during the conference. Exhibitors can strengthen their image by presenting a technical lecture that reinforces the interest of attending papermakers to visit their display and review the solutions they offer to the industry. This pack includes 1 tabletop at the Exhibit Hall and the registration, two-nights hotel, all drinks and meals in the program for one participant.
Suppliers registered with an EXHIBIT PACK have the option to add a technical presentation as part of their participation, subject to an additional fee.
These presentations should focus on solving real problems in production lines and will be reviewed by LATAMPAPER to ensure they meet the event's criteria. The maximum duration is 20 minutes, and scheduling is subject to availability of space in the conference rooms.
Individual attendance means the registration per person to participate in all the conference activities. The individual registration includes the hotel room for the nights of Wednesday and Thursday at the same hotel where the conference is held as well as all drinks and meals in the program. This allows for plenty of networking opportunities
