The conference was a grand success! From previous experience I had a feeling that the LatamPaper team would do an outstanding job.
This year's conference gave far more useful information and above all contacts than any other I have previously attended.
The event is set up in a way so that you get the possibility to interact with all attendees. The number of attendees is just perfect and makes it very easy to arrange individual meetings.
The tabletop exhibition is great as it simplifies setup and lets us focus on information and customer interaction instead of setting up booths that are more complicated.
I made plenty of new contacts as well as rekindling some old ones, and I am sure we will benefit from this event for years to come.
This event was not only an opportunity to share what we do at Cellwood but also a great opportunity to learn about what is going on in the marketplace.
I have no complaints at all just a couple of recommendations. Please keep the size where it is and keep moving it to different countries every year.

I liked the event so much. This is another way to work which is much better than a standard exhibition.

The most interesting thing, according to my mind, is the possibility to stay with customers all the time. It allows to share and speaking with them all the time.

To be frank and honest I see nothing to be improved. According to my mind timing foreseen for the presentations as well as the timing foreseen for the exhibition were ok.

Fue un gusto participar y también una gran exposición para nuestra empresa el participar en LATAM México. Me gusto el nivel de los visitantes, de los expositores y en particular, como se resolvió la ausencia del expositor que se excusó por asuntos personales y que tomo los 30 minutos de una charla no planeada pero muy fructífera por el intercambio de experiencias y opiniones. Quizás deberían considerar una mesa redonda de opiniones entre los visitantes.

Ante que nada agradecer la oportunidad de participar a un evento rico de oportunidades y donde hemos podido conocer y volver a ver mucha gente del sector.

Importante evento sea por los participantes como clientes y proveedores, muy bien manejados los tiempos y los espacios para cada presentacion.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la integracion y la posibilidad de abrir las puertas de nuestra empresa a los participantes. Esto confirma el empuje del sector Tissue in LATAM.

Creo que con este periodo post-pandemia, el evento ha sido perfecto, la cena del ultimo dia muy entretenida. Cada uno aprovecho el tiempo lo mejor posibile, y creo que dio posibilidades a todos de poder hacer relaciones.

La parte que más me gustó del evento es el formato “íntimo” y poder conectar directamente con cargos directivos y que deciden en las compañías.

Particularmente como Plecamer, para nosotros sería más interesante aún si consiguieran la participación de más convertidores de cartón (fabricantes de caja en corrugado y plegadizo).

El evento fue muy bueno, por lo cual felicidades y muchas gracias por organizar este.

Lo que más me gusto es que las personas que atendieron tienen conocimiento profundo acerca de los problemas en las operaciones de papel y buscan soluciones específicas.

 Esperemos que el evento se repita y que apenas tengan información de la siguiente edición, por favor nos la envíen para participar.

The experience of participating in an event of this importance, with the presence of representatives of the largest groups in the segment, is something really special, both professionally and personally, especially when it comes to representing the company so that we could exhibit the INCAPE brand, the products, the differentials, in addition to presenting our market position.

For INCAPE Latampaper brought great market insights and provided an exchange of experiences and knowledge, in addition to generating new opportunities.

I consider the conference as a great step for INCAPE towards the outlined objectives. Undoubtedly, participating in events like this, presenting our brand and solutions to the market will boost and open up a new range of opportunities for the business.

I liked the formula of the event organised in a hotel.

I liked the formula of intensive time all together. It gives many opportunities to meet customers, friends, suppliers…

In my opinion the exposition should be open for longer time and not only for few hours.

El evento estuvo espectacular, muy bien organizado con bastante buenas charlas, y afluencia de proveedores y papeleros. Me pareció muy bueno.

Lo que más me gusto fue la cantidad de papeleros que asistieron, la buena organización y las exposiciones.

Me gustaria que asistieran mas proveedores y que hubiera dinámicas entre proveedores y papeleros.

 

Foi uma experiencia extremamente positiva uma vez que conseguimos nos apresentar ao mercado Mexicano de uma maneira efetiva, resultando inclusive, em visitas para discussões técnicas na semana que seguiu ao evento.

Em geral, encontrei o formato muito interessante e em nosso caso com muito boa resposta do mercado.

O que eu mais gostei foi a possibilidade de termos clientes e fornecedores dentro de um mesmo espaço com tempo para discussões técnicas e apresentação de ideias.

Acredito que o formato seja perfeito para este tipo de evento.

Para uma proxima edição acredito que o Chile seja um pais a ser considerado uma vez que possui uma indústria papelera bastante forte.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el nivel de asistentes, es decir va gente que toma decisiones en las empresas.

Me ha parecido un evento ágil, interesante y positivo. La verdad es que estuvimos muy satisfechos con las sesiones

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la coordinación y el timing.

Me gustaria quizás el primer día menos tiempo para el exhibition hall y abrir una ventana de tiempo en el exhibition hall el ultimo día … sobre todo si la presentación la has hecho ese ultimo día por la mañana.

Ante todo, fue de mucho  placer verte con Armando y Raul.

Según, mis felicitaciones, muy bien organizado y atendido, mil gracias.

La modalidad con hospedaje y comidas incluido me parecio muy buena , ayuda para que la gente no local no regresen a sus casas por la noche

La posibilidad de entrar al afrea de la exhibición solo a las 5:00 pm  me parece que deben ampliaralo de 3-7:00 p.m. para darle mas tiempo a esta parte.

Para  aligerar  comidas de pronto valdría evaluar la posibilidad de un buffet de desayuno y almuerzo, sin que sea  necesario de muchas selecciones.   NOTA DE LATAMPAPER:  Por las restricciones de la pandemia no se podia servir comida tipo buffet.

Mi opinión personal es que no deben cambiar el congreso a otro país sino dejar en Mexico.

We have enjoyed the event, we think it was a good opportunity to present our company to tissue customers in the region

I think in general all conferences were of good value and presentation were professional.

We would appreciate to have more tissue customers to next Latampaper event, as we were expecting to meet more interested companies

I think the format is well thought, with the opportunity to present and also to talk to tissue experts. No major recommendation from our side

I liked very much the event, very interesting meetings and exciting atmosphere.

What I liked most, was for sure the formula of the event, with the people almost “forced” to attend the speech and of course the exhibition hall.

You should organize the event in Cancun instead of Mexico city! J J J

I would like to congratulate you all with this great event. The quality of the attendants was excellent, and so was the quantity. Personally, I think this size is about right. 40-50 Exhibitors would be the maximum for me, then the hall can be rather compact, and it is easy to make contact. It also means that 2x 3 hours of exhibition time is sufficient.

For me, the whole concept is just perfect right now.

The only small criticism I can think of is that I wasn’t too impressed with the food in the hotel. But if that is the worst I can think of, I guess this still proofs you have done an awesome job!   NOTE FROM LATAMPAPER: Due to restrictions setup by Covid protocols we could not serve buffet style food. 

The event was different from 2019 now our clients could see in more detail the conversion and paper machine separately

What I liked the most was the variety of themes with great technologies and the Mexican show

To be improved:  In the breaks they could be in the exhibition area of panels

Resumiendo en una frase:  Especialistas conociendo y aprendiendo de Especialistas

Es un evento de mucha categoría. Es una gran vinculación directa con los usuarios y sobre todo temas interés directos en papel. Esto merece mucho la pena seguir empujando y generar aun mas conferencias de valor para todos los interesados en el papel.

Definitivamente es un foro muy abierto para poder generar un networking muy efectivo, la verdad el conocimiento del sector de los organizadores son clave para que este evento cumpla con las expectativas de lo invertido y mas.

The event was very good. Well organized and well-located.

What I liked the most was the intimate feel. I liked how it was fairly small and there was time for meeting and talking with people.

An aspect to be improved: The second day was too long. It was exhausting. I think it would be better to add an additional day rather than to try to fit so much activity into a couple of days.

I would like to congratulate Latampaper on a wonderful Conference. Once again, it was exceptional in its span of topics and expertise of speakers. In addition, the logistics were top notch and you have a wonderful team of people- all friendly and helpful. Thank you for the invitation to attend, this was a great experience. I am already looking forward to meeting you all in Mexico next year.

La camaradería surge espontáneamente entre proveedor y cliente

Hasta al momento no ha existido algo que me haya incomodado. Es mi segundo evento con Latampaper (Panamá y Brasil).

The event was very good due to close contact with right people of paper mills. We had more time to discuss and/or introduce our products

As a new event I was positively surprised the presence of many customer form different countries.

As a exhibitor I did enjoy the event after presentations. It was a relax environment, easy to talk to...

For sure we will be joining Mexico 2020!

A new and exciting way to relate with customers in a more focused approach.

By selecting customers they are more interested in what the suppliers have to present.

Tudo estava muito bem organizado, com Salas de Audiência apropriadas, assuntos dirigidos aos participantes, divisão de temas, refeições excelentes, tempo e temas das apresentações apropriados ao momento, facilidades de logística de transporte, serviços de hotelaria impecável, acomodação muito boa e o mais importante a divulgação possibilitou a vinda de pessoas chaves para o evento.
